- Usage Data: Basic feature usage signals such as generation, favorites, and sharing actions.
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and technical identifiers required for app stability and service integration.
- Local Storage: Data stored locally on your device, including your account information, preferences, generated content references, and activity history.

- Process your image generation requests via our third-party AI service

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is primarily stored locally on your device. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect app data:
- Local data stored using secure storage mechanisms on your device
- Secure transmission of data when communicating with our AI image generation service
- Security updates as part of regular app maintenance
Important: Most account and history data is local. Generation-related content needed to render images is transmitted to third-party AI providers.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to provide certain features:
- AI Image Generation Service: Prompt text, selected style, and optional reference image are sent to the configured AI provider for generation.
- Operational Services: Limited diagnostics and service telemetry may be used to keep the app stable.
AI Provider Identity: Silvy currently uses DashScope (Alibaba Cloud) for AI image generation requests.
User Permission: Before first AI generation, the app displays an in-app consent dialog describing what data is sent and to whom. You must tap "I Agree" before any generation request is sent.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as AI image generation services
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can access and view your account information and generated content within the App
- Modification: You can update your profile information, including nickname, avatar, and bio, at any time
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data through the App's Settings. This will remove all local user data, creations, favorites, and activity
- Data Export: Your generated images and preferences are stored locally and can be accessed through the App
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. Data Retention
Local records remain on device until removed by the user (for example, deleting account data in app settings or uninstalling the app).
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence when you use features that rely on third-party services (e.g., AI generation). By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information as necessary for the operation of these features.
